Summary of Millennials
This report is about Millennial those born between the early 1980s and 1990s . This report looks at the findings of two large scale surveys on the mind set of the millennial generation exploring how organisations can strive to address these needs, increase employee engagement and encourage retention. There are two surveys were conducted with 40000, millennials and non millennials responses were collected on the topic of workplace culture, career developing etc, and in a separate global survey more than 1000 millennails participated in a study about their perceptions of the threats and opportunities in the complex world of work.As reported by key findings millennials are committed to their works and their more senior colleagues. They are value interesting work and good life work balance and to be supported, appreciated and want more opportunities to develop their skills.
There are many recommendations given to the organisations and managers such as, monitoring their workload and satisfaction levels with working hours and provide meaning full work.
