Summary of Millennials

This report is about Millennial those born between the early 1980s and 1990s . This report looks at the findings of two large scale surveys on the mind set of the millennial generation exploring how organisations can strive to address these needs, increase employee engagement and encourage retention. There  are two surveys were conducted with 40000, millennials and non millennials responses were collected on the topic of workplace culture, career developing etc, and in a separate global survey more than 1000 millennails participated in a study about their perceptions of the threats and opportunities in the complex world of work.As reported by key findings millennials are committed to their works and their more senior colleagues. They are value interesting work and good life work balance and to be  supported, appreciated and want more opportunities to develop their skills.
There are many recommendations given to the organisations and managers such as, monitoring their workload and satisfaction levels with working hours and provide meaning full work.

However, NSW is the last state in Australia even coles and woolies have banned the bags in other states.Now it is NSW government responsibilities to introduce their ban on single-use plastics this year. In addition, people of NSW treasure their beautiful beaches and iconic marine life.

From reading the headline I think this article will be about corona virus in Australia that how can people do self-isolation procedures. who can do this procedures and what will the outcome.

From midnight on Sunday 15 March, everyone entering Australia from overseas, except for flight attendants and residents of the Pacific Islands, is required to self-isolate upon arrival. If, they do not self isolate them selves then it is not safe for other people and they will be fined thousand dollars.
